Planned giving is the transfer of assets (e.g., real estate, stock or life insurance) to a designated nonprofit organization during a lifetime or upon someone’s passing. Usually this happens via a will or other written means.
The giving is “planned” because often these assets are not liquid, have tax consequences or can be used to simultaneously generate income for donors. There are many ways to give a planned gift to the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America.
But if there’s something that you are passionate about such as education, technology, specific exhibits, the SPARK program, etc., you can designate your gift to be used for a specific purpose. We work with each donor individually to make sure your generous gift will make the difference that is important to you.
Gift planning offers you the opportunity to support the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America now or after your lifetime, helping you arrange your philanthropic giving with your overall financial and estate plans. Many giving options even offer you financial benefits, allowing you to make the greatest impact on the people we serve while maintaining the future security of you and your loved ones.
